Hithendra Ramachandran - Partner - IKYA Search Partners

Hithendra is a founding member IKYA Human Capital solutions and heads the Financial Services, Industrial & Infrastructure Practice Group for IKYA Search Partners He has 10 years of experience in the executive search industry and has successfully led several senior management mandates with various clients in the financial services and engineering sectors. His intense client management and delivery capability has helped in building an exclusive and continuous relationship with several large corporations and private equity funds.

Prior to joining the founding team at Ikya, he was heading the Financial Services and Industrial practice in India for Cornell International, a boutique US based search firm owned by Adecco Group.
Hithendra is a MBA and has completed an executive leadership program from IMD, Lausanne.

Amrita Nathani - Partner - IKYA Search Partners

Amrita leads the firm’s Consumer Services, Healthcare & Technology Practice Groups. She brings to her role several years of executive search experience and a sound track record of building strong partners ships with emerging and large companies.

Her strong client engagement skills and ability to navigate through networks has allowed her to establish and build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs. An MBA in Marketing and HR, she was part of the founding team of Ikya Search Partners, prior to which she was a Senior Search professional with Cornell International where she led the Consumer and Technology practice for the India Region.
