IKYA is working with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) to improve employability of the Rural Youth from the BPL (Below Poverty Line) Families. This special Project, named as Parivartan, is targeted towards the economically weaker sections and is an important component of the anti-poverty programs implemented through government initiatives in the rural India. |

- To offer employment oriented training programs to the youth from BPL families and improve their employability.
- To develop skilled youth from a BPL family and move the family above poverty line.
- To develop the workforce as per the industry requirements.

- The program is specifically aimed at youth from BPL families and all youth with basic or minimum education are eligible for the program.
- Candidates receiving benefits from other government schemes are not eligible for the program.
- The candidates should be between 18 – 30 Years of age.

| IKYA Parivartan offers three courses under the program to help upskill the candidates and improve employability. |
- Sales Management
- Back Office Administration
- Courier and Logistics services

| Course Duration - 2 to 3 months (Including Internship) |

| Based on the course opted for (School drop outs – to graduates) |

IIKYA has a network on 25 training centers in 14 states in the country to offer these training programs. IKYA will train more than 8000 candidates during a span of three years.
Our Courses are designed to meet the industry requirements and our training will ensure that the candidates find suitable jobs with multiple industries like retail, financial services, telecom, manufacturing, logistics Etc.
All the candidates will undergo structured class room training under the guidance of experienced trainers.
Additionally, our team of experienced Trainers will assist the candidates in preparing for the interviews, selecting the right job, and guide them in moving up the career ladder.
