Ikya is a Bangalore-based premium integrated HR solutions company with a focus on staffing solutions, recruitment solutions, executive search, learning solutions and customised solutions. The company has recently launched an interactive website targeting both job seekers and prospective employers. |

| On awarding the mandate to Hanmer & Partners, Vanitha Jain, Head- Marketing and Communications, Ikya Human Capital Solutions, said, “We went through the process of identifying few agencies, but decided to go with Hanmer & Partners as there was a connect with the agency, which matched with our vision and mission.” |

| Elaborating on the newly-launched website, Jain said, “This is a fragmented market and we thought we can differ by offering a defined way of approaching out TG. The website has clearly distinguished the needs and requirements of its users, which includes both employers and employees seeking jobs.” |
