| Bangalore, March 24, 2008 : Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based integrated HR solutions company has announced the appointment of Mr. Romesh Advani, 38, as COO (Chief Operating Officer) of its Staffing Solutions business. Romesh joins Ikya from HDFC Bank where he was heading the entire liabilities business for the states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. |

| In his new role as COO-Staffing Solutions, Romesh will be based in Bangalore and will head all aspects of Ikya's staffing business including sales, operations and compliance. Ikya Staffing provides temporary and flexible workforce solutions to clients, with products that are designed to provide end-to-end staffing solutions to meet unique, dynamic requirements of customers. |

| Romesh's background in the Telecom, Banking and Retail Industries (the largest users of Flexible Staffing Solutions), and his familiarity with client issues in these sectors, will add value to IKYA's engagement quality with clients. Ikya hopes that its product differentiation will start leading the market towards a differentiated space where skill upgradation, attrition management, timely recruitment of associates and total compliance management are given a value different from payrolling services. |

The company already has a network of offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Ahmedabad. In addition, we intend to set-up operation in Kolkata, Pune, Kochi, Vizag and Bhopal. |
