| Subrata holds multiple degrees in Cost accountancy, company secretarship as well as an MBA (finance). Immediately prior to joining Ikya, he was with Ilantus Technology, an IT Consulting firm funded by Intel, as CFO. He has also held positions of repute in well established companies like Shaw Wallace, MindTeck, Nicco Infotech and Nicco Corporation He has successfully handled a couple of major acquisitions in USA and Singapore and was also involved in executing the merger of group companies in USA. With over 19 years of experience his proficiency lies in the fields of fund management, taxation/ statuary compliance, auditing, financial manning and company secretary functioning. |
