| Friday, April 25, 2008: Bengaluru-headquartered Ikya Human Capital Solutions, a HR solutions company with focus on staffing, recruitment, executive search, learning and customised solutions, has launched its interactive portal -- www.ikyaglobal.com. The portal has two major sections -- an employment exchange for job seekers and employers and an intranet for internal consultants and associates. The site also has a host of features like a psychometric test and tax calculator, which are available to non-registered users as well. |

| Once a company registers with IKYA, it is eligible for various membership benefits online, such as, not having to fill up an enquiry form every time it wishes to search for candidates. |

| The job seekers who register with the portal get an individual dash board from where they can update their profiles and can search for jobs on parameters like industry, location, designation etc. For candidates who cannot find a job of their choice at a given moment, there is a feature called ‘Dream Job’ where in the candidate posts his/her requirements, as and when such a job is on offer, a notification is automatically sent. |
